We have the great pleasure of announcing that Doug Bierer is joining Foreach Code Factory to fill the position of Chief Technology Officer.
Doug has worked for Zend Technologies, Jackson Family Enterprises, Novell, and many other well-known companies in the IT world over the span of his career. He has also been the main Senior Web Developer and Technical Consultant of his own company, unlikelysource.com, for more than 15 years.
Doug is Zend Certified (PHP 5.1, 5.3, 5.5, 7.1 and Zend Framework 1 & 2) and has 20+ years experience in programming, database management, course development and training. He has substantial experience in networking, OS integration, and Linux / Apache / MySQL / PHP+PERL+PYTHON (LAMP) administration. Being experienced at communicating complex technical concepts to management, partners, customers and end users, he has also authored numerous technical books and videos for O'Reilly Media and Packt Publishing. He is an open source contributor and maintains a popular Joomla extension.
